When you contact us

PLAYSYNC uses your name, email address, company and the information in your message to review and respond to your inquiry. Please do not include confidential project materials or sensitive personal information in the initial form. We do not add you to a marketing mailing list through this form.

Website measurement

We collect page views and interactions such as project views and showreel openings, along with the referring website, campaign source, device category and country. We use a daily rotating identifier derived from network information to estimate daily visitors. We do not store your raw IP address, full browser identifier, referring URL query string or a persistent visitor cookie. We respect the browser’s Do Not Track signal. Counts can differ from other analytics services.

Storage and service providers

The website is hosted on Vercel. Inquiry records and website measurement data are processed through Cloudflare Workers and stored in Cloudflare D1. These providers may process data in locations outside your country. Only authorized administrators can access inquiry records and analytics reports.

Retention

Detailed analytics events are retained for up to 90 days. Inquiry records are removed after 365 days unless we continue the conversation through another channel. Administrator sessions expire after eight hours and use a secure, essential session cookie.

Your choices

You may use your browser’s Do Not Track setting to opt out of website measurement. To request access to or deletion of an inquiry, use the contact form and state your request. We may ask you to verify that you control the email address associated with the inquiry.
